What kind of photos should I send?
Send 3–5 clear photos in natural light for the best results.
Avoid flash and heavy filters. I can work with limited or imperfect references, especially for memorial or reconstruction portraits.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is about 4 weeks from start to finish.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee. During busy seasons, timelines may extend slightly — let me know if you have a deadline.
How does payment work?
Payment is made upfront after we finalize the details.
You can pay via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, Zelle, or Klarna (installments available).
Can you work from limited or old photos?
Yes. I specialize in reconstruction portraits — combining multiple references to recreate pose, lighting, and expression.

Details & Policies
Payments
Once your commission details are confirmed, you’ll receive a secure invoice via Square. Final payment is due before shipping.
Shipping
Shipping is included for smaller works. Larger pieces and canvas works are quoted separately based on size, materials, and destination.
Watercolors up to 11×14 ship flat. Larger works may be carefully rolled and packaged in a protective tube.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax may be added depending on your location.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of commissioned artwork, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and I’ll make it right.
